The Spanish Federation of Large Families and their associations have joined the campaign “Europe: Family First”, developed by the European Confederation of Large Families (ELFAC), from a initiative of the Hungarian Association of Large Families.
The campaign is developed under the umbrella of the Hungarian presidency of the European Union, and wants to demonstrate the importance and value of the family in the different countries, on the occasion of the inauguration of the European week dedicated to the family, which will end on 1 April in Budapest with an informal meeting of Family Ministers of the European governments.
To do this, on the evening of Saturday 26 March, many family associations from various countries in Europe will develop hundreds of simultaneous events, with the common theme “Europe: Family First”.

The association 3ymás from Aragon will hold its General Assembly that day, or the Association of Large Families in the Northern Extremadura (Afanortex), which has organized a family chocolate day in Plasencia.
There will be many family activities, most of them lmini-conferences on issues of interest, such as “The cooperative, an alternative self-employment for families” in Calvià (Baleares), “First steps in early education” in Girona, “Sex education in the family,” Granada, “The coexistence of parents and children” in Lleida, “First decisions (education of preteens)” in Tarragona, and “First letters: home education” in Madrid , among others.
